The Deep Tissue massage is performed with slower, deep strokes and targeted pressure on knots and tense areas of muscle. The pressure is firmer, but always within limits that feel good to you. If you have an injury or chronic illness, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before the treatment and let us know when you book.
